Career and professions: Rainer Moslener began his career in the music industry after leaving the school
His father - Hans-Georg Moslener was composer, producer and songwritter. Rainer though chossed to work as Product Manager A & R (Artist & Repertoire) at Polydor This was followed by years as technical and commercial manager and tour manager at well-known concert agencies, where he organized events with the Rolling Stones, George Michael and Tina Turner, among others. Finally, Rainer Moslener supported his father in the management of his own music production company and worked with him to set up his own label.
Since 1997, Rainer Moslener has been Senior A & R Manager at Polydor.
Rainer started to help Simone and Holger Roost-Macias for the up coming project Popstars. Polydor& Cheyenne would be the main music producer and publisher of the No Angels songs with the later collaboration of universal music.
Rainer particapated as judge for the first ever german Popstars. Rainer knew at Sandy's very first casting at Popstars, that she will be in the girl band, as he told it to Christiane Knaup, then the executive producer of Popstars 00's.
At first Mario and Rainer didn't like the idea of having Lucy in the band, because they wanted more a person that looked like the typical girly typ, according to Simone Angel on No Angels' 2026 documentary. But it was also the label, which at first declined the idea of putting Lucy in the band, which Detlef told it in the Documentary.
